The New Talent line is performed by licensed cosmetologists who are apprenticing with seasoned artists and colorists. The salon describes its team as highly trained and says it uses only the best products and techniques. Redos on New Talent work must be booked with the same artist and requested within 72 hours of the original service.

Massage services include deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, headache and sinus relief, stress relief and sports massage, with 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions and 60 and 90 minute stone sessions. A deep tissue foot treatment can be added to other bookings.

Appointments are booked by phone or through the online scheduling option, since reservations are not taken by email or text. A credit card holds the booking and is charged only if it is canceled within 24 hours of the service. A first no-show is charged 50 percent of the services, which can be applied as credit toward the next visit, and a second no-show is charged 100 percent. Service change requests must be made within 3 days, and adjustments are offered within 7 days of the original service. Pricing for hair artists follows a level system, so guests should call for those rates. Children's haircut pricing applies to children 10 and under.

The salon is closed on Mondays, open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, open Thursday from 9 AM to 9 PM, open Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and open Sunday from 1 PM to 7 PM.
