A first visit begins with a detailed consultation covering hair history, daily routine, and long-term goals. Clients can fill in a new client form on the website beforehand. Afterward they receive personal care instructions and product suggestions, and a maintenance schedule is planned during that first appointment.

Color services range from root refreshes and foil highlighting to grey blending and transitions between shades. Customized color typically runs from about $195 to $450 or more, depending on goals, density, and time. Extension work includes new installs, re-installs, and a move-up that repositions existing extensions closer to the scalp as natural hair grows. A consultation and a non-refundable retainer are required before a new install.

Booking is available online at any hour, and a deposit secures a first appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a portion or all of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or be asked to rebook.
