Injectable services use FDA-approved neurotoxins, including Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, along with dermal fillers such as RHA, Restylane, EZ Gel and Bio Filler. Kybella is offered for fat depletion, with off-label use on the jowls and bra area noted. Other options include Sculptra, PRF and PRP collagen stimulators, chemical peels, microneedling with Skin Pen or Skin Stylus, PDO and PDOMAX threads for non-surgical lifting, Morpheus8 for skin tightening, and Lumecca IPL for pigment and vascular lesions.
The wellness side covers medical weight loss with semaglutide or tirzepatide, hormone therapy, IV drips such as Quench and Beauty Recovery, and vitamin injections. Weight loss treatment requires recent lab results and monthly check-ins, which can be done virtually, and medications can be delivered to clients who are out of town. Facial services include custom facials, a HydraFacial and a teen facial, and esthetician services are offered only at the Harvest Green location.
Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Locations are at 10310 W Grand Pkwy S #203 in Richmond (Harvest Green, 979.350.2910), 303 E. Main St. Suite 150 in League City (979.351.0041), and 4122 FM 762 Spa #2 in Richmond (832.220.2338). Injectable and nurse practitioner visits need a $100 deposit at booking, and esthetician services a $50 deposit applied to the cost. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit, and deposits are generally non-refundable. The practice does not accept insurance and accepts Cherry, PatientFi and CareCredit. Aesthetic results vary and cannot be guaranteed. The business says it is actively involved in the Harvest Green and Richmond communities.
