Every treatment starts with a look at the client's skin and what they want to achieve, instead of a fixed menu. Botox visits open with a review of facial anatomy. Restylane appointments also include an anatomy review and a written treatment plan before any injection is given. The salon says its work is informed by eighteen years of clinical practice in spa, dermatology and medical aesthetic environments.

The menu covers several areas. Facials include CBR, chemical peels, Minus 10, HydraFacial, Corrective and the Face Reality Clear Skin Method. Injectables include Botox, Dysport and Daxxify, along with Restylane, RHA Collection and Sculptra fillers, a range of Restylane facial injection products, and vitamin shots. Laser options include laser hair removal, photofacial, skin tightening, vein treatment and diffused redness treatment. Microneedling and Tixel skin treatments, Celluma light therapy, and waxing round out the offerings.

Laser hair removal is offered for small, medium, large and extra-large areas of the face and body, with sessions from a few minutes up to 45 minutes or more for full-leg or back work. A full series is stated as six sessions, and a test patch may be done at the first visit. Clients are asked to shave the area 24 hours ahead, avoid waxing, threading and depilatory creams for at least four weeks, and avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for two weeks before a session. The treatment may not be performed on people who are pregnant, actively tanned or taking photosensitizing medications until those conditions change. Lash and brow services take 20 to 45 minutes per service and are performed in the medical aesthetics setting with professional-grade products. Brow and lash services can be combined in one appointment.

Memberships are monthly plans built around a treatment goal, with prices of 150 dollars per month for the Spa, Acne and Clear Skin Club plans, 230 dollars for the 6 Month Deluxe and 250 dollars for the Aesthetic plan. The Clear Skin Club teen plan, for ages 13 to 19, has a three-month minimum and includes a clear skin facial, a 15-minute follow-up video call, 15 percent off products, education and VIP-only specials. Each plan begins with a consultation, and the first monthly appointment is booked before the client leaves. Follow-up sessions are booked through the plan rather than after each visit, and clients can choose morning or evening slots. At the end of a plan the provider reviews results and recommends continuing, upgrading or changing plans. Clients can also change plans after starting.

Appointments can be booked online through the practice's booking page, which also sells gift cards. Payment plans are available through Cherry Financing, a buy now, pay later company, with 0 percent APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans starting at 5.99 percent APR according to Cherry, and through PatientFi. The practice is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
