The studio is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, by appointment only. Monday and Saturday times can be requested by contacting the salon directly. All appointments must be booked in advance.

The salon's cancellation policy is set in advance. Weekday bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead to avoid a charge; a cancellation with less notice incurs a 50% service fee. Weekend bookings are paid in full at booking and cannot be refunded. A deposit taken for a first visit to a new client is also kept if they cancel late or do not show up.
