Booking is primarily by appointment, and open times are checked online. The salon is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM and on Sunday from 10:30 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Some services ask new clients for a deposit, including Deluxe Haircuts, Color Correction, Bombshell Belle Platinum, Miracle Knots, Traditional Sew-Ins, makeup and the hair and makeup package. Deposits for Dimensional Color and some makeup and package bookings are non-refundable. Color and chemical appointments that are missed without notice carry a 25 percent cancellation fee.

Several services are shaped around specific looks. Retro styling is a focus, including vintage roller sets and a Belle Special Package that combines a wash, haircut, deep conditioning, vintage style and makeup. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the services page. In person, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but approval is needed before the appointment.

The salon says all of its staff are trained to work with every hair type and texture, and its haircut pricing does not change based on texture, including for curly hair.
