Cuts are priced separately for women and men. A women's cut is an hour of fully custom shaping and styling, and a men's cut is a 30-minute precision cut with wash and style. Blowouts use a round brush or flat iron and finish with a curl. Bang trims are offered at no charge.

Color runs from root touch-ups to full solid color, with options for accent lightening around the face and crown, dimensional foiling to go lighter or darker, and hand-painted balayage. A quick 10-minute root refresh is available for covering grey when it suits the hair, and a longer mega blonding session adds heavy highlights with a Brazilian bond building treatment. Vivid color services are priced by the look, and clients are asked to inquire for the final cost.

Hair extension work starts with a consultation that covers hair history, color matching, pricing, and how to care for and maintain the extensions. For extension clients, hair is ordered after the color is set, and delivery can take up to five business days. First-time installs are offered with one or two rows and include a blended cut and a take-home goodie bag, with a deposit due at booking. Re-installs include a quick style, and a full wash and style can be added for an extra fee. Between visits, a bead tightening maintenance visit is available, and feather bundles can be added to existing extensions.

The salon is open Monday from 3 PM to 9 PM, Tuesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 6 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on weekends. Clients are asked to cancel 24 hours ahead when possible. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold.

Extension appointments are built around a consultation, with color matched before any hair is ordered so the result is planned in advance.
