Solutions contain DHA in strengths from 5% to 15%, and the range includes several shades for different complexions. The spray tan stylist is the salon owner, with more than ten years of spray tan experience. The salon says its solution uses simple ingredients approved by the FDA and that its HVLP gun and brushing method give a streak-free finish. According to the salon, DHA below 12% is not noticeable on darker skin. Before a session, clients skip moisturizer, perfume, deodorant and makeup that day. Afterward, loose cotton clothing is recommended because bronzer can transfer to fabric and bedding. Showering is delayed 12 to 24 hours, though the Rapid Express application allows a shower after 2 to 3 hours. Swimwear or disposable undergarments can be worn during the session, but they will leave tan lines.

Waxing covers the body, face, bikini and Brazilian areas, with a listed duration for each service. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and first-time waxers should let about two weeks of growth come in. Numbing creams or sprays should be avoided because the salon says it cannot risk a reaction. Exfoliating the area 24 hours ahead and skipping alcohol or significant caffeine before the visit is advised, and exercise, baths, saunas, hot tubs and chlorinated pools are best avoided right afterward.

Permanent make-up includes ombre microshading powder brows, eyebrow touch-ups, fine line and tiny tattoo requests, and lip neutralizing and blush treatments. A medical-grade topical numbing agent is applied before and during treatment. Microshaded brows take about a month to heal fully and last one to three years with touch-ups, which are included in the price and booked four to six weeks after the first session. Lip blush results last two to four years after the initial treatment and touch-up, and the color is expected to lighten by 30% to 40% once healed. The salon says permanent make-up pigment is not designed to last as long as body art ink. Clients are asked to avoid blood thinners and certain supplements for 48 hours around treatment and sun or UV exposure for 30 days before and after, and anyone under a doctor's care should get approval first.

Every service requires an appointment, though after-hours bookings can be arranged. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and missed or cancelled appointments incur a $25 fee once a 15-minute grace period has passed. Children under 12 are not accepted for unattended visits, and minors require written consent from a parent or guardian. Packages bought at the boutique lapse six months after first use, while those bought through third-party merchants lapse after three months; an expired package is charged the difference to the regular price. Packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Groupon and coupon offers are limited to new clients and can be used once. Merchandise may be returned within five days in exchange for merchandise credit. Sale, clearance and discounted items cannot be returned, and custom items are also final sale and require a non-refundable 30% deposit.
