Care begins with the skin concern rather than a device. Treatment plans are built over time, so a patient's skincare, facials, lasers, peels, resurfacing and injectables can be sequenced together. Appointments can be booked online at any time, and text or the contact form can be used for scheduling questions; those channels do not count as a medical consultation.

Acne scars may be addressed with microneedling, RF microneedling, subcision, TCA cross, HALO or deeper resurfacing. Pigment concerns may be treated with MOXI, microneedling, chemical peels, pigment-correcting skincare and selected lasers or lights. Redness and rosacea may be approached with vascular and laser treatments depending on the cause.

Private Client programs are long-term plans rather than preset treatment schedules. Foundation is $150 per month and Elevated is $250 per month, each with a 12-month initial term; the full monthly contribution goes into a Bolus Wallet for eligible aesthetic care, and members get preferred or exclusive pricing, professional skincare discounts and birthday and referral benefits. TOX Access is a separate $25 monthly access program focused on neurotoxin, with a $150 minimum per neurotoxin visit; its monthly fee does not count toward treatment. Group treatments are offered to qualifying groups and organized events, with neuromodulator injections possible after clinical assessment; fillers and lasers are not performed at group events.

Treatment planning starts with the skin concern and then selects the treatment or device, with clinical oversight throughout. Lasers and energy devices are chosen to suit skin type and goals, and plans are built for the long term.
