Haircolor is the core of the menu. Services range from root retouches that maintain color and cover gray, to face-frame and partial or full highlights, to vivid color options such as no-lightening refreshes, short-hair highlights and block color. New haircolor guests fill out a consult form before booking, haircolor is currently offered to guests 18 and older, and a blowout is included. If more product is needed than the standard amount, the price can go up.

Haircuts are booked by length and technique, which sets the price and appointment time. Options include dry cuts with no wash, curly cuts that include a dry cut, wash and restyle, and a transformational cut that moves a long style to a short one and includes a styling lesson.

Hand-tied and clip-in extensions follow a set process. New extension guests book an in-person consult first. For hand-tied extensions, hair is color matched and the quantity is determined at the consult, then half of the install is due to order the hair, with a deposit of $400 for a one-row install or $750 for two rows. The first install is usually about two weeks after the consult, since the hair takes around a week to arrive. Maintenance visits are booked every six to eight weeks and include a deep cleansing treatment and blowout. Clip-in consults cover color, length and amount, and custom colors are available. Tinsel hair is offered in a few-strand or all-over option, alone or as an add-on.

Wedding hair includes styling per person, glam waves and trials. A hair trial is required for the bride, and booking it holds the wedding date. After the trial, a deposit of 50 percent of wedding-day services is due along with the trial price, and the contract is signed on the trial day. Wedding travel covers a minimum of four and a maximum of eight people per hairstylist; for nine or more, a second stylist is added for an extra $100. A travel fee that depends on location is due on the wedding day. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from noon to 6pm, and Thursday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
