The space is modern and lounge-style, with a relaxed, trendy feel. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and appointments can be booked outside walk-in hours. Gift certificates are available, and the salon sells its professional products in the shop and through an online store.

Bridal work is a major part of the business. Services include bridal updos, half-up or half-down styles, airbrush mineral makeup, attendant styling and hair and makeup trials. Bridal and bridal party bookings are made by email.
