A first visit is a free, 45-minute in-person consultation with no pressure or obligation. During it, the provider assesses the face and discusses options based on goals, anatomy, skin quality and muscle movement. Most wrinkle relaxer and filler treatments can be done the same day if the client is ready. Clients are asked to complete a health history form and receive pre-treatment instructions by email before the visit. Overall cost depends on the individual plan, which is given at the consultation.

The clinic offers wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify), hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm and Restylane), biostimulators (Radiesse and Sculptra), and Skinvive. Laser options include Glow on the Glow, Lift and Restore and several named treatments for the eyes, smile lines and overall tone. Regenerative services use the client's own blood through platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and EZ Gel, and include PRF hair restoration and neck revitalization. Skin resurfacing includes microneedling, chemical peels and the Enlighten Peel for pigmentation and melasma. Weight loss consultations and weekly weight loss injections are also offered, along with Botox for chronic migraines and jaw clenching in addition to cosmetic use.

Bold Basics ($99 per month) and Bold Elevated ($149 per month) memberships bank the full monthly payment as credit toward treatments and skincare, with discounts on Tox units, skincare and laser or microneedling add-ons, plus free B12 injections. Bridal, acne and rejuvenation packages bundle several treatments together. Payment options include cash and major credit cards, financing through Allē Payment Plans powered by Cherry and CareCredit, and Allē or Aspire points for certain products. HSA and FSA payments are not accepted. Laser treatments require a deposit at booking, and most injectable appointments do not. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged a $50 fee to the card on file.
