Inside Out Wellness was started by founder Gretchen Broman, a Family Nurse Practitioner, to offer functional medicine and aesthetic care under one roof, with prevention and general wellness as a central focus. The clinic's Rancho Bernardo location runs both sides of that work, so a patient can see a medical provider for an illness or hormone concern and also book aesthetic treatments. The medical side includes acute sick and urgent care visits, primary care visits covering preventive care, chronic condition management and medication refills, telehealth video visits, and sports and camp physicals. Weight loss is offered through a program that uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, injected once a week, with labs every three months and body weight and composition checks at each visit. Hormone replacement options include pellet therapy, where small pellets are placed under the skin in about 20 to 30 minutes. Peptides, vitamin injections, NAD+ and a menu of IV drips are also on the list.
