Every visit starts with a personalized consultation covering what brought the client in, past treatments and what they hope the visit will achieve. Plans combine face, body, laser and wellness therapies, built from that conversation and, where relevant, medical history and lab results, and they are adjusted with follow-up. The clinic does not use standard packages, and no two plans are meant to look alike. Consultations can be booked by phone, by email or through the online booking tool, and the first consultation is complimentary without any treatment booked that day.

Face treatments include Botox and wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers used to smooth lines and restore volume, Biologique Recherche signature facials, HydraFacial, microneedling and PRP, LED skin rejuvenation, GLO2Facial, dermaplaning and chemical peels. Body services include body contouring and fat reduction, cellulite reduction, lymphatic drainage, slimming massage, body wraps, skin tightening and scar management. Non-invasive laser fat reduction is performed on a Venus Bliss device in sessions of about 25 minutes, usually planned as up to three sessions four to six weeks apart. Body contouring has no downtime, the first visible change typically appears around six to eight weeks, and the full result takes three to six months.

Wellness therapies include hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss under physician supervision (which may include GLP-1 medications where appropriate, lab work and nutrition guidance), NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, triple detox and vitamin injections such as B12 given as an intramuscular shot. Health screening and diagnostics include 3D body scans, 3D skin analysis, comprehensive health screening with laboratory testing and hormonal imbalance evaluation. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Appointments should be cancelled or changed at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a $75 fee applies, and a $75 charge applies to missed appointments without notice. Urgent situations are reviewed case by case. The VIP program has three tiers, Essential at $249, Premium at $399 and Elite at $549 per month, giving 10%, 15% or 20% off standard treatment prices and retail products. Monthly payments are credited to a personal Bogat Bank account usable toward any service or product, with credits that roll over and do not expire. VIP membership has a six-month minimum, then continues month to month with 30 days written notice to cancel. Gift cards are also available.

Care is built around each client's goals, history and lab results where relevant, with follow-up and adjustments over time. Treatments are described as grounded in evidence-based medicine under physician supervision.

The clinic is designed as a calm, private setting, with refreshments and curated coffee offered.
