The owner, Kristan Weinstein, leads a team that includes board-certified nurse practitioners, certified medical assistants, licensed medical aestheticians, and clinical advisors and weight management specialists. Visits take place in a private, spa-like setting with a focus on personal attention. Clinical staff are available to answer questions during consultations and procedures, and follow-up consultations are scheduled to check how procedures have gone.

A complimentary consultation is offered at both locations. It covers health, goals and whether a given treatment is a fit before costs are discussed. For weight loss, care begins with a consultation and physician exam, with testing before and after treatment to measure progress. Plans are built around the whole person, with doses increased slowly and progress monitored.
