The facial menu starts with the classic spa facial, a 60-minute personalized treatment from $105 that includes skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, optional steam or extractions, a skin-specific mask and a neck and shoulder massage. Gentleman's facials, a 30-minute Focus facial at $85 and a deep cleansing back facial from $85 are also offered. For acne, the clear skin facial starts at $135, and the premium version runs 90 minutes with Celluma blue light and a mini hot stone massage. For mature or sun-damaged skin, the age repair facial uses a lactic acid enzyme peel and a peptide serum, and a hydrating vitamin C facial uses a tropical fruit enzyme peel with vitamin C and mandelic acid. Microdermabrasion starts at $140 and resurfacing dermaplaning starts at $150, which the spa describes as a non-invasive method. Prenatal and teen facials are also on the menu.

Massage is a large part of the menu. Swedish massage at 60 minutes is $125 non-club or $105 for club members, and deep tissue at 60 minutes is $140 non-club or $120 club. Couples sessions take place side by side in the same room, and partners can mix massage types as long as session lengths match. Full-body hot stone massage uses warmed basalt stones. Prenatal massage is offered only from the 13th week of pregnancy, and reflexology is available to pregnant clients from 13 weeks. Reiki, reflexology and manual lymphatic drainage are offered as holistic treatments, though not every therapist provides them, so advance booking is recommended. The spa notes that lymphatic drainage is not a substitute for medical care.

Booking is by phone only, and a credit card number is required to reserve. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy with a 50% fee if the slot cannot be filled, and signed consent is needed before the first service. The spa suggests arriving 10 to 15 minutes early, or 30 minutes early if using the locker room. Body massage is for guests 18 and older, and minors under 16 need a guardian's signature to enter the waxing room. The spa does not currently offer oncology treatments; clients in cancer treatment need proof of medical approval. Guests can relax in the lounge with tea and Wi-Fi, and the locker rooms include robes, toiletries and dry saunas limited to 20 minutes. Hours vary by day, with the spa open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
