Body Suite Spa is located in suite 204 on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach. Facials open with a deep cleanse and steam, then gentle extractions, followed by a massage for the hands, arms, feet, neck and shoulders and a calming mask. A facial can be finished with an ice-globe massage, and the spa uses professional products it selects with care.

About

The signature facials are named for the places they are associated with: San Pedro, Torrance, Manhattan, Riviera, Redondo and Palos Verdes. They range from a gentle essentials facial to an exfoliating facial that layers fruit enzyme, microdermabrasion and a glycolic peel, and to a microchanneling stem cell facial that the spa describes as supporting collagen and elastin. The Palos Verdes facial can also be done as a scalp treatment for thinning hair. Facials can be bought in a package of five with a sixth session complimentary.

Skin renewal peels run from gentle enzyme peels to deeper peels aimed at discoloration and fine lines. Add-ons such as dermaplaning, LED light therapy, a collagen treatment using light and heat, and a high-frequency treatment for skin tags, milia and sun spots can be added to a visit.

Body treatments include a Balancer Pro lymphatic massage done with a compression suit, a Balancer Pro massage paired with a facial, and cupping, which uses gentle suction. Sunless glow services include full body airbrush tanning without UV exposure, with multi-session packages. Waxing covers face, arms, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, legs and back, and is offered to both men and women. Other services include lash and brow tints and light-activated teeth whitening.

The spa sells gift cards for facials, body treatments and waxing, and carries fragrances made from concentrated oils without alcohol, fillers or carrier oils.

Treatments are adjusted during the visit to each client's needs as the practitioner observes them.

The setting is described as a calm place to slow down and reset.
