The body menu includes Electro-Magnetic Therapy, PressoTherapy, cupping, a menthol or non-menthol sauna body wrap, Body Vacuum therapy, Cavi-Lipo, lymphatic drainage, radio-frequency with infrared heat, full-body infrared light and Cryo T-Shock for one area. Single body sessions run from $65 to $100. CryoSkin Therma-Shock, which uses alternating hot and cold, is offered for fat reduction in areas such as the belly, arms or legs, and as a one-area lipo session.

Facials run from $50 to $65 and include an ultrasonic anti-aging facial, glycolic exfoliation, facial lymphatic drainage, extraction and a hydration facial. A CryoSkin and peptide facial is also available. Multi-session options include an eight-facial package at $680 and a ten-session skin rejuvenation package at $1,000. Pricing for the four-facial package varies.

Tattooing services cover camouflage for the scalp and areola or scar work, including restoring the look of the areola after surgery. Waxing is $35 for a 30-minute service. Personal training and open gym sessions are also offered, with pricing that varies. Injection and IV options include hyaluronic mesotherapy with microneedling, PRP injections, PRP with hyaluronic acid, a single-nutrient IV drip, and hand rejuvenation. Wellness counseling focuses on mental clarity and emotional balance.

Each service is tailored to the client. Before recommending a treatment, the studio takes time to learn about the client's goals and skin needs, starting with a 30-minute initial consultation. The studio describes its treatments as requiring no surgery and no downtime. The Winter Springs location is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm, and is closed Tuesday and Sunday.
