The studio says it was among the first in Los Angeles to offer the treatment and that it trained in the UK before bringing it to clients. The process is relaxing and reshapes brow hairs that grow in different directions. It can be done as a perm alone, or combined with sculpting and tinting.

Lash services include classic, volume, mega volume and hybrid extensions, along with keratin lash lifts. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash, while volume places several fine extensions on each lash, and hybrid mixes the two. Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, since natural lashes typically shed every 45 to 60 days. Clients need at least one visible natural lash to be a candidate.

Appointments are booked through the studio's Vagaro page, and the studio also takes bookings by phone or text. A credit card must be kept on file. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice is charged half the appointment, and missing an appointment is charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, with a 25 percent charge.

Treatments are timed around how natural lashes and brow hairs grow and shed, with touch-ups scheduled to match.
