Consultations come first in several areas. Facial menus include HydraFacial MD, which can be tailored to skin concerns, along with anti-aging, brightening, oily or congested, and sensitive skin versions. Microneedling, dermaplaning, extractions, red light therapy and a teen-focused facial are also offered.

Booking policies are specific. Appointments need 24 hours notice Tuesday through Thursday and 48 hours notice on Friday and Saturday, and a credit card or gift certificate number secures every booking. Same-day cancellations or reschedules carry a $30 fee for facials and a $50 fee for laser services, and a valid package treatment may be applied in place of the laser fee. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early, and late arrivals have their appointment shortened while the full fee applies. Children may not accompany clients, and the business maintains a no-refund policy.
