The spa uses the three-headed elephant Erawan as its symbol for body, mind and energy, and its treatments aim to bring those three into balance by combining Thai-inspired bodywork with modern therapeutic massage.

Facials are built on Environ professional skincare, and the spa describes itself as Houston's premier Environ partner. Environ was founded through the work of plastic surgeon Dr. Des Fernandes. Facial options include a deep cleansing facial, a vitamin infusion facial with a 90-minute version that uses Environ DF electro-sonic technology, and Cool Peel facials for blemish-prone skin and age-related concerns. A Cool Peel and microcurrent lift is offered as a 90-minute treatment, along with dermaplaning, a dermaplaning and oxygen facial, a back facial, and a facial designed for men's skin.

The massage menu includes more than 20 styles, with sessions from 45 minutes to two hours. Choices range from Thai stretching combined with oil bodywork, to Ashiatsu, which is performed with the therapist's feet, to Hawaiian lomi lomi and heated stone work using Himalayan or basalt stones. Couples massages, prenatal massage and Indian head massage with warm coconut oil are also offered. Lymphatic drainage is gentle manual drainage and is not offered to post-surgery clients.

Treatment rooms are private, and tea and drinks are offered during a visit. Bookings can be made online or by calling 713-459-2394, and the phone line is open seven days a week from 10 AM to 8 PM. Gift cards come in $100, $200 and $400 amounts, can be used for any treatment, and expire 24 months after purchase.
