Visits are designed to be unhurried. Some locations include a spa room and a lounge, and guests are offered a complimentary drink. The Benchmark is the signature service, starting at $80. It opens with a personal consultation and includes a tailored haircut, a precision neck shave, rinse and shampoo, and finishing styling, with hot towels, a paraffin hand dip and hand, scalp and face massage along the way. Shorter options include the Express Cut, a haircut with a rinse, shampoo and a drink, and traditional shaves with hot lather or a lighter express version.

Memberships are a major part of the business. Three tiers, THE CEO, THE EXECUTIVE and THE ASSOCIATE, offer preferred pricing and member-only privileges that can be used at any Boardroom location.
