Each salon has an upscale feel, with comfortable leather chairs, warm accents, a lounge area and a spa room. Every haircut includes a rinse and shampoo, Express Cuts come with a complimentary drink, and The Benchmark is paired with a beverage. Stylists and barbers are employees paid hourly, with tips and retail and membership commissions, rather than booth renters.

The Benchmark is the signature visit. It starts at $80 and includes a consultation, a tailored cut, a precision neck shave, hot towels, a paraffin hand dip, a hand, scalp and face massage, and a styling demonstration. The Express Cut, starting at $59, is a shorter haircut that begins with a personal style consultation and ends with a neck shave, rinse, shampoo and finishing styling.

Beyond haircuts, the menu includes shaves and beard work. Beard Trim, starting at $40, shapes and details beards to suit face shape and style, and can be booked alone or added to a haircut. Traditional Hot Lather and Express Shave both use pre-shave oil and steamed towels, and the Head Shave, listed at $70, is a scalp shave that begins with a skin consultation and pre-shave treatment. Fountain of Youth, listed at $55, is a semi-permanent gray camouflage color that can blend as much or as little gray as the client wants.

Membership options run from Once Monthly, which gives one haircut a month, through Unlimited, The Associate, The Executive and The CEO, which costs $200 per month and includes unlimited haircuts and monthly credits. Members receive 30% off non-haircut services and premium brands, and enrollment begins with a 90-day commitment. Once Monthly and CEO memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days for a $10 monthly fee, and active-duty military can freeze without a fee. Appointments can be booked online by choosing a location. A $25 fee applies when a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead or missed.

The stated mission is to help men relax, look their best and feel confident, and the salon says its stylists and barbers are selected for skill.
