Clients book by calling or texting, or through the online booking system, which also sells gift cards and service packages. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and the salon asks people not to book through Instagram direct messages or email. A valid credit card is needed at booking, and clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early.

The manicure and pedicure menus are built as named sets that step up in price, from a basic manicure to larger pedicure packages. Manicures use vapor steam to soften cuticles rather than water soaks, and pedicures use disposable liners and jets with a milk bath. All nail specialists wear gloves during pedicures, and files, buffers, liners and jets are single use.
