Makeup ranges from a full face customized to the client's look, to an eyes-only option with strip lashes, to strip lash application alone. A mini facial using Korean skincare essentials, with no extractions, is also on the menu.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM; closed Mondays. Appointments are booked online through Gloss Genius or by phone, and a credit card must be kept on file to hold a booking. Changes or cancellations made more than 12 hours ahead carry no fee, and clients may reschedule once without a fee inside that window. Changes within 12 hours, no-shows and cancellations for lateness are charged 50% of the service price. Late arrivals may have services shortened or rescheduled. These rules apply to each service booked.

Monthly memberships bundle blowouts or dry styles, with ironwork included, at three levels. Members can mix and match their blowouts, unused blowouts roll over, and higher tiers add free add-ons, a free birthday blowout and, on the top tier, a friend pass twice a year. Members book as usual through the Services page and benefits are applied at checkout in store. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The booking site also offers gift cards, a product shop and online payment.
