The gel manicure is the service the salon points to as its most-booked at Westlake. It is chip-free, cured under LED light, and includes cuticle work, shaping, buffing and a cuticle oil finish. The salon says the color lasts two to three weeks. The spa pedicure includes a warm soak, callus smoothing, a sugar scrub, a hot towel finish and a leg and foot massage. The pedicure menu runs from Simple Refresh through Amethyst Glow, Cucumber Fresh, Honey Oatmilk Nourish and Lotus of Saigon, with The Lush Vegan pedicure as the fully plant-based option, using vegan scrubs, masks and balms. A gel polish upgrade can be added to any service, and the salon says gel polish change is not guaranteed because the nail bed is not extensively prepped.

For longer nails, the salon offers acrylic full sets and fills, builder gel, hybrid sets and Gel-X sets, all shaped and finished in the studio. Dip powder is applied without a UV lamp. Custom nail art is available on request and includes hand-painted, chrome and ombre designs, with gallery examples such as French tips, marble, stiletto and dot styles. Removals are done by e-file or soak-off.

Westlake accepts walk-ins seven days a week, though the salon says Saturdays fill fastest and suggests calling ahead to book a specific artist. Appointments can be booked online or by phone, and same-day openings can be checked by calling. Westlake has free street parking out front, with garages about a block away. The salon fixes nails free of charge within one week of service. It does not offer refunds, accepts all payment methods except checks, and sells gift cards that never expire and can be used for any service.

Groups of 4 to 20 can book private or semi-private seating for bridal parties, birthdays, girls' nights and corporate events. A small deposit per guest is applied to the final total. The salon suggests booking two to three weeks ahead, or four to six weeks for a Saturday or bridal date. Groups may bring cake, cupcakes and light snacks, and the salon sets up a table for them.
