Blonding comes in two sizes. Partial custom blonding covers the face frame and top section, while full custom blonding includes full blonding and lightening. Both include a customized glaze and a blowdry or haircut with styling. Color services range from express color covering the part line and hairline to full color, which can be all-over color or a root touch-up, with gray coverage added when needed. A glaze refresh is available on its own with a blowdry or haircut.

Extensions are tape-in and custom colored to match the client's hair. A consultation is required before installation, and the studio recommends a move-up appointment every 6 to 8 weeks. Extension removal includes a wash of natural hair and a blowdry or haircut, but a new installation is booked separately. Kids' haircuts are offered for ages 2 to 12, and special occasion styling covers updos, waves, sleek looks and other event styles.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may carry a fee of up to 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Bridal party and wedding styling that requires travel is handled directly by the stylist Alexis Gann.
