Pearl Shahrokh built Blue Vibes Hair Studio to feel bold and modern rather than like a typical salon. The studio describes itself as anything but cookie-cutter, and it aims for a visit full of good energy.

Several independent stylists work in the space, each running their own business. Clients book with their stylist directly and get pricing from that stylist, with prices set at a consultation based on hair length, thickness and the look wanted.

Coloring, highlights and balayage can be combined with other services, and every coloring service includes a complimentary blow dry. Hair extensions are offered using DreamCatcher's Hair, which the studio describes as premium.

The studio asks for a credit card to hold an appointment and requests at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window, shortened services and no-shows are charged 50% of the service amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted, with a 3.5% fee added to card payments. A referral program takes the cost of a referred friend's service off the referrer's service.

Stylists run their own independent businesses inside the studio, and clients book and get pricing directly with their stylist.
