The menu covers five groupings. Facial and skin treatments range from customized and back facials to chemical peels, microdermabrasion, HydraFacial and LED light therapy. Hair removal includes waxing and body hair removal for men and women. Brow and lash services include extensions and lifts, and massage therapies range from hot stone and prenatal work to reflexology. Scalp wellness rounds out the list. Services are offered in English.

Visits begin with a consultation, where therapists ask about physical concerns, stress levels and goals before treatment. Hair removal begins with an intake in which estheticians review skin type, hair texture, sensitivity, skincare routine and medical history. Treatments take place in private rooms, and complimentary refreshments are offered during visits. Clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early, since a late arrival may shorten the service. Minors may receive massage and esthetics services with a parent or guardian's consent, and that adult must remain in the building during the appointment.

The Monthly Wellness Program includes one 50-minute service, which can be a massage, facial or body polish, for $80 per month, billed automatically. Members receive discounted rates on additional services in the same month, and unused credits roll over. Pay-as-you-go pricing is also available: 20 minutes for $45, 50 minutes for $85, 80 minutes for $125 and 110 minutes for $165. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, though booking in advance by phone or online is preferred. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full fee. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase.

Therapists consult with clients about physical concerns, stress levels and goals before treatment, and the team works with clients on customized daily skincare routines alongside therapeutic treatments.

Services take place in private treatment rooms, with a waiting area for clients and a ramp providing access to the entrance.
