A visit usually begins with a Cosmetic Consultation of about 60 minutes, which includes a meeting with a Consultation Coordinator and a service provider. The consultation covers your goals, a skin evaluation, a custom treatment and skincare plan, how the treatment works, expected results, before and after instructions and costs. Skin is assessed with Visia analysis, which images the full face only, not the body. It identifies surface spots, wrinkles, texture, pore concerns and discoloration, and gives an estimate of apparent skin age. Progress is measured against the goals you set, using clinical photographs taken before the first treatment and at the end of the program.

Services are grouped into Additional Services, Injectables, Laser Treatments, Skincare & Facials, and Weight Loss & Body Contouring. Treatments are described as addressing brown spots, hyperpigmentation, dull skin, fine lines, redness, uneven texture, pore size, unwanted fat, cellulite, skin laxity, spider veins and leg veins, and unwanted hair.
