Bookings are made online, and each booking requires agreeing to a service agreement and reading the booking information. The booking page lists Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, Thursday closed, Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday closed.

Full lash sets come in three styles: Classic, a natural 1:1 look that adds length and darkness without much added thickness; Wet Set, which is glossy, textured and bold; and Anime Set, which is playful, doll-like and wispy.

Fills suit clients who keep up with maintenance. A standard fill is booked 14 to 21 days after a previous visit, and the lashes that have grown out are removed and replaced. A fill needs at least half of the extensions still in place, otherwise the visit is charged as a full set. Clients who are shedding more than usual are steered toward the extended fill, and a one-week mini fill adds a few lashes to bare spots without removing grown-out lashes.

Brow lamination sets brows in place so clients often need less brow gel. Afterward, clients are asked to keep brows dry and avoid steam and oil-based products for 24 to 48 hours.

Services are matched to each client's current lash retention, with fill and set options chosen according to how many lashes are left and how much natural lash is present.
