Facials are shaped around each guest's skin and include deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a customized mask, and eye, lip, neck and décolletage work. Chemical peels are available as a single session or as a package with the Sanitas System Kit. Massage runs 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and body options include a scrub and wrap and a clarifying back treatment.

Waxing covers the face and most of the body, and the spa also offers lash and brow tinting, brow lamination and lash lifts. Nail services are all natural and include manicures and pedicures, with gel options. Private spa parties can be booked during or after business hours with advance planning, and a 20% gratuity is added to those bookings.

Guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before a massage, facial or body appointment and to book in advance, disclosing any medical needs or sensitivities at booking. A credit card is needed to secure an appointment. Changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a charge of 50% of the service, and parties of four or more need 48 hours' notice. No-shows are charged the full value of the services. Late arrivals receive the remaining time at the same fee. Therapist gratuity is not included in prices.

Phones are not permitted in the spa, and guests can use the locker rooms, which have hair styling tools and body products. Guests stay draped except for the area being treated. Massage is for guests 18 and older, and younger guests need a parent or guardian in the room. The spa sells an exclusive Bath Collection, and skincare purchases can be returned within 30 days with a receipt for a full refund.

Treatments are built around each guest's needs on the day of the visit rather than a fixed standard service.
