Color work starts with planning. Toner is a deposit-only color from Redken Shades EQ. Corrective color for moving from very dark shades to blonde is priced hourly after a consultation, and product for any color service is added on a scale-weighed basis.

The extension menu covers K-tip, I-tip, tape-in, weft and volume weft methods, along with CombLine and infinity weft installs, move-ups and removals. The salon uses Bellami hair. A hair extensions consultation walks through five methods, and tape-in and volume weft services need a consultation first. Extension deposits are non-refundable and hold the appointment, and the deposit is forfeited if a client does not come in for the install.

Smoothing options include a medium-length keratin treatment that the salon says lasts up to five months, a long-hair keratin option, and Brazilian Blowout, priced on request. QOAT treatment, built on HydraGlow Shield technology, is offered to help protect color after services.

Booking policies apply to no-shows and late cancellations: a charge of 50% of the appointment total applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.

Consultations come first for color changes, corrective work and extensions, so each service is planned around the client's hair.
