Color is the main focus, including fantasy, vivid and dimensional work. Color services cover color corrections, creative color, global blonding, natural root touch-ups and hair tinsel, a temporary metallic or rainbow sparkle attached to natural hair. Color consultations are free and must happen on a different day from the color service, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is collected at the consultation to finalize the appointment. Color correction pricing and timing depend on what needs fixing.

Beyond color, the salon offers short, medium, long, extra long, curly and transformation haircuts, plus clipper transformation cuts tailored to head shape. Perms create waves or curls that last several months. Scalp and hair treatments address dryness, dehydration, dandruff, itchiness, oiliness and damage. Hair extensions come in tape-in and K-Tip keratin bond methods and are custom quoted after a required consultation. Dematting for moderate to severe matting requires a phone consultation before booking.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Haircut changes or cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the haircut cost, and no-shows are charged in full. Adjustments are available for up to one week after an appointment, but refunds are not offered. The salon also runs an IT Club membership from $25 to $125 a month with service credits, which members can pause or cancel with 72 hours notice. Gift cards are available online and in the salon.
