Nail work makes up much of the menu, from classic, gel and combo manicures and classic, spa, hot stone and volcano pedicures to acrylic, pink and white, crystal with gel and Gel X sets, dipping powder and tap gel. Add-ons such as nail tips, soak-off, reshaping, chrome powder, cat eyes, longer nail length and French or hand designs can be added to many services.

Beyond nails, the menu includes waxing from lips and chin to full legs and Brazilian, express and custom facials, a back treatment, lash extension sets in three sizes with filling sets for upkeep, individual lashes, and permanent makeup options such as nano powder, 3D ombre, light coat and permanent lips.

Each client receives disposable liners, which the salon describes as ultra-hygienic. Appointments and walk-ins are both welcome, with walk-ins seen first come, first served. Hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Many prices are listed as starting amounts, and card prices run slightly above cash prices. Prices are subject to change.

Clients are asked to mention any health issues before a service and to cancel at least two to three hours ahead. If a client is not satisfied with a service, it is redone within five days, but services are not refundable. Checks are not accepted, while card and cash gratuities are. Gift certificates are available, and gift cards are non-returnable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
