Appointments are booked one client at a time, so no two guests are overlapped. The studio has no separate waiting area, so clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early. Clients are also asked to come in with clean skin when possible. A consultation and consent form may be needed before certain services, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with written consent sometimes required.

The studio may adjust, delay or decline a treatment when the skin shows signs of irritation, infection, broken skin or sunburn. Guests who turn up over 10 minutes after their appointment time could be offered a shorter session, a new date, or a cancellation, based on what the schedule allows. Anyone with a question or concern after a treatment should email the studio.

Bookings can be made through the studio's online booking system, by phone or by email. Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, and Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Saturday and Sunday hours are offered every other weekend, so clients should confirm by email.

Each appointment is handled one client at a time, with skin prepared before service and aftercare guidance afterward.
