Sustainability runs through the salon's decisions, from color mixes to the products it chooses. It uses only Davines products, which it describes as natural and recyclable. It is also an exclusive Eliana Extensions salon, and says its extension hair is ethically sourced and premium quality.
Stylist consultations are free of charge. For extensions, the consultation assesses hair type, texture and condition before options are chosen, and preparation can include a personalized hair care plan and pre-extension treatments. Clients can book online, or come in for same-day appointments and walk-ins. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and sells gift cards in various amounts.
Stylists take part in ongoing education through workshops, seminars and training sessions. The salon also runs in-salon training programs for aspiring stylists and holds workshops open to the public.
