Extensions are the core of the work. Each install is color-matched and placed with the Invisible Bead Extensions method, using a custom blend of luxury hybrid wefts and specialized shaping, and each install comes with curl-out photos. Rows are moved up every six to eight weeks as natural hair grows, and full maintenance is recommended on that schedule. Hair is quoted separately from the install price, and the free consultation reviews density, length and volume goals and plans one, two or three rows.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers color from root touch-ups and gloss to full blonding and color correction, along with haircuts, updos, blowouts, a Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment and add-on treatments. Clients are offered a beverage of their choice, and they leave with a home care routine built on sulfate- and paraben-free products, gentle brushing and silk pillowcases.

Booking is done online through Boulevard. Consultations are free but require a $25 deposit, which is credited to the client's account once they book; the deposit is kept if the client misses the appointment or does not go ahead with future work. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, with a 50% fee charged to the card on file for later cancellations and a 100% fee for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Every appointment has a 10-minute grace period. Cut or color concerns can be reported within seven days for correction at no extra charge. The salon does not offer refunds, but retail purchases can be exchanged for full credit within 14 days.

The salon puts the health of clients' natural hair first and aims to protect natural hair growth during extension installs. Its founding focus is on helping women grow into their full potential, with attention to nutrition, growth, strength and integrity.
