Extensions are the core of the business. Parker places them with the health of the natural hair and scalp as the first priority. Every extension client fills out an interest form, and the owner contacts them within 48 hours to set up an in-person consultation. Parker starts that conversation with the client's goals, hair and lifestyle, and suitability is judged by looking at the natural hair and scalp first, including for fine or thinning hair.

A first extension install includes a 15-minute Arete scalp ritual, a scalp-safe weft installation, a cut or color to blend the extensions in, and a take-home care kit. Clients are shown how to brush, wash, sleep and style their extensions, and how to wear ponytails and buns with them during the appointment.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers all-over color, glosses, root touch-ups and a set of named color transformations that run from minimal to full foil work, each including a K18 treatment, haircut and blow-dry. Customized haircuts start with a consultation and include a blow-dry and style. A consultation on color or hair goals is listed as free and takes 30 minutes or more.

The space has comfortable seating, natural light and a private area, and complimentary refreshments and snacks are offered. There is a large parking lot behind the building. Hours are Monday and Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday daytime; the salon is closed Tuesday through Thursday. Payment is by major credit card or cash, and bookings are processed through the GlossGenius system.

Extension suitability is judged from the natural hair and scalp first, with one row adding fullness and more rows used when significant length is wanted.
