The salon was founded by Kristina Wilde, who is also a Master Educator for Babe Hair Extensions. Clients who buy Babe Hair Extensions can have them installed at the salon at any time. The salon stores purchased extensions for up to one year from the date of purchase, and extensions not installed within that year are discarded. Clients are also free to take their extensions to another salon for installation.

Color work uses organic color, and the salon says it works with clean beauty products throughout. Color services are priced by starting point and length of time, with options for root color, partial and full dimensional color, and add-on cut and styling services. Express Root Color is a color-only service, so a blowout or styling service must be added to it. Not every shade is available for that service, so clients are asked to consult the salon before booking.
