Every visit includes a head massage and a blow dry. New guests fill out a short questionnaire about their hair goals before their first appointment. Guests may be offered lemon water, coffee, snacks, sweet treats, a pillow and blanket, or wine.

Pricing is hourly at $100 with either stylist, and the price covers the booked time without surprise add-on costs. Sessions run from a 30-minute wash and blow dry or men's cut up to a 3.5-hour heavy foil, balayage or teasy light service with gloss, cut and blowout. Shorter sessions cover root touch-ups, gloss, conditioning and cuts.

Reiki can be booked as a 30-minute add-on before or after an appointment, or on its own. It is only offered with Kristen, on Mondays and Wednesdays. The website also has a page on yoga and Reiki healing.

The studio carries Kevin Murphy products, which clients can order. It says it uses only all-natural, vegan and cruelty-free products and color.
