Color services start with a full consultation, after which the stylist and client build a plan together. Balayage is fully customized, and clients are invited to bring inspiration photos. For a quick refresh, the Color Quickie is applied by the stylist and the client washes it out at home. Haircuts can be added to any color service for an extra charge, and longer hair that needs more product carries a per-bowl charge.

Beyond color, the menu covers precision cuts for women, men and younger clients, facial waxing for brows, lip and chin, and specialty services including Brazilian Blowout smoothing and hair extensions. Hair extensions are offered in the Babe, Bellami and Muse Hair Pro brands.

The studio's policy is that all services are final and non-refundable, with no refunds, chargebacks or credits for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the result. If a client is unhappy, the stylist will adjust the outcome at her discretion, provided the client gets in touch within 24 hours of the appointment.

Each visit is tailored to the client, uses professional products, and gets time reserved only for that client.
