Many services are priced from a starting amount or booked for at least a set time, so the final cost depends on length, thickness and the work needed. Some color services include bowls of lightener, and new color clients are asked to book a consultation before their first color service. Several services take a deposit at booking.
Booking rules are set out clearly. Clients have a 25-minute grace period to arrive, cancellations need 48 hours notice, a same-day cancellation is charged half the service, and a no-show is charged the full amount. Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of the start time are cancelled, and children are not allowed at appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sunday and Monday.
