Services are grouped into hair, color, extensions, treatments, kids (ages 7 to 12), and add-ons. Single and double process color, color my bundle, and loc retwists begin with a consultation, and a free phone or in-person consultation is offered before a sew-in. If a service is changed during an appointment, the new price is set first and the booking must be updated on the website before work continues.

Hours are Monday and Tuesday evenings, Wednesday evening, Thursday and Friday late morning, and Sunday from late morning into the evening, with Saturdays closed. Payment is due at completion by cash, card, or Zelle. Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and in-person buy now, pay later are available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Sew-ins need a $100 deposit, clip-ins need $50, and express amino acid needs $25. A 15-minute grace period applies, arriving 16 minutes late adds a $15 charge, and arriving 30 minutes late may cost the appointment. Cancellations carry a 20% fee. Clients who are sick and contagious are asked to reschedule, and alcohol, smoking, and abusive language are not allowed during services. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts and are final sale.
