Visits typically begin with a personalized consultation, a 25-minute session for discussing hair goals and the current condition of the hair. From there, options run from a clarifying treatment that removes buildup from styling products, oils and hard water minerals, to haircuts, blowdries, glosses, root touch-ups and several highlighting methods. Color work includes full head single-process color, partial highlights, full head highlights, and a freehand balayage for soft, blended lightening. A money piece, which uses 8 to 10 foils to brighten the face, is also available.

The studio lists a Redken repair treatment, the Acidic Bonding Concentrate, as an add-on. The maker's claims for it are that it helps hair resist breakage, feels softer and looks shinier. Professional hair extensions are offered as well, but they require a consultation first and take up to four hours.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday through Friday 9:30 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Booking deposits are $10 for consultations and fashion color consultations, $20 for most services, and $40 for hair extensions. A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
