The Waltham salon sits at 401 Main Street near the Linden Street intersection and has a private parking lot directly in front. Master stylists have limited availability, and new guests can book a first appointment online.

New guests receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Before booking a spa treatment, new guests are invited to schedule a virtual consultation by phone. Spa treatments are booked by the time requested and by whether the goal is relaxation or addressing a skin concern. Prices follow a level system tied to each provider's demand, and listed starting prices reflect the entry level, with higher levels costing more.

A credit card is required to hold any reservation, whether made online or by phone. Changes need 48 hours' notice; changes made within 24 hours carry a 25% charge of the booked services, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged the full booked amount. Pets and children under 6 are not permitted at appointments. Lash appointments require clean, bare lashes and eyes.

The salon also sells FarmHouse Fresh skincare and Kerastase products. Its loyalty program gives 1 point per dollar spent and requires an email on file, and gift cards can be bought online for either location.

The salon names education as a core value and says its stylists and estheticians are fully licensed. Many of its providers teach, and their techniques and formulas come from those educators.
