Haircuts range from a women's cut with wash, blow-dry and style to a 30-minute dry cut for clients who arrive with clean, straight, dry hair. A separate curly cut built around DevaCurl sculpts natural curl patterns, and the studio notes it is not the right choice for curly hair that is worn straight most of the time. Clients with curls should arrive with fresh curls and no product in their hair.

Extensions are offered after a 15-minute consultation covering requirements, cost and color, with sew-in weft extensions, halos and ponytails among the options. Hand-tied extensions can be moved up, and removal is available with an optional haircut.

Smoothing services include a Brazilian Blowout, a professional treatment that takes about 90 minutes in the salon, and a keratin treatment made with NKST keratin. According to the studio, Brazilian Blowout results last up to 12 weeks, and Açai aftercare products are recommended for the longest-lasting outcome. Keratin results are said to last up to 5 months. The studio describes NKST keratin as multi-award-winning and says it was named behindthechair.com's Favorite Chemical Smoothing Service for nine years in a row. It also reports winning the Beauty Launchpad Readers Choice Award for Favorite Smoothing Service in 2019 and 2020, according to the business.

Treatments include the B3 Conditioning Treatment, a demi-permanent conditioner for very dry, color-treated or damaged hair, which the studio says lasts up to 12 washes, and the B3 Bond Builder, a five-minute add-on mixed into color or lightener to help reduce breakage with no added processing time. Retail OLAPLEX products are also available.
