Booking starts with a WhatsApp consultation, where prospective clients can send current hair photos and their color history. A message does not hold a time slot. Olena personally confirms each appointment, including the service, location, date and any deposit or booking requirement. Before a San Francisco appointment is confirmed, she also talks through goals, estimated price, maintenance and availability.
Each service begins with an assessment of the hair's history, condition and the client's goal rather than a fixed formula. Some blonde transformations and color corrections can be finished in one visit, while others are planned as a gradual series of appointments. Color correction is used for unwanted warmth, banding, uneven tone and earlier color mistakes. Portfolio photos are shown as inspiration only, not as a promise of an identical result.
Four-hands work, with two professionals on the same head, is available for selected services on request and depends on availability. Private home visits can be arranged on request, with a 50 percent premium added to the total. Listed prices are starting points in USD, and final quotes depend on hair length, density, color history, condition and the work needed.
