Each service begins with an assessment of the hair's history, condition and the client's goal rather than a fixed formula. Some blonde transformations and color corrections can be finished in one visit, while others are planned as a gradual series of appointments. Four-hands work, with two professionals on the same head, is available for selected services on request and depends on availability. Private home visits can be arranged on request, with a 50 percent premium added to the total.
