Blonding comes in three sizes. Mini Blonding is a quick touch-up limited to the hairline and parting, Partial Blonding covers the top half of the head, crown and sides, and Full Blonding covers the entire head, including the nape and underneath layers. Each includes a glaze, and none includes a blow dry.

Styling and treatments can be booked alone or added to a visit. Options include a Signature Blow Dry that can be styled sleek, wavy or curled, an Updo, and a one-on-one blow-dry lesson. The Blow Dry Club is a weekly package of four signature blowouts plus a deep conditioning treatment, priced at $200, and package credits apply automatically at checkout. Very thick or high-density hair can be given an extra 30 minutes for drying and detailing.

Opening hours run Monday and Tuesday 11 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and the salon is closed on Sundays. Appointments cancelled or moved with 48 or more hours' notice carry no charge. Changes made 24 to 48 hours ahead may incur a fee of 50% of the booked total, while cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be billed the full cost of the service. Anyone who cancels late or doesn't show must pay a deposit that cannot be refunded in order to rebook, and that deposit is applied to the next visit. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $60, $100, $200 and $300, or in a custom amount, and every sale is final.

Color work starts with a consultation for first-time color clients, which can be held in person or virtually.
